Our newest product is our DATIL TRAIL PRESERVES, a smooth blend of Mango, Cranberries, Crystallized Ginger and fresh, authentic St. Augustine Datil Peppers. Datil Peppers are reminiscent of the Habanero with a slightly fruitier afternote. These preserves are fantastic blended with cream cheese as an appetizer or as a base for a pork or chicken marinade. Try using them to glaze a slow roasted meat and finish of with the chunkier ingredients. ALL NATURAL, ALL FLAVOR!

Great flavor, with just enough heat

I typically look for flavor first and foremost. If it's got some heat, all the better. This chutney has both bases covered.

I've tried this on fish and chicken, with great results. My favorite thing to do with it though, is to layer it on top of cream cheese, on top of pretty much any type of bagel, bread, or cracker.
