We are Polanars preserve lovers. I myself love the hot bite that your Mango gives balanced with the sweetness. I gave the Polanars to my kids as they like the more subdues taste and I proceeded to polish off the jar in 2 days. Only way to make this a better preserve would be to bottle it in a larger jar.

Marinade in shrimp and pineapple. Place shrimp and pineapple on skewer and serve over rice adding more of the preserves......so yummy
Also....try with peanut butter. Make a Peanut Butter Sandwich with whole grain bread and subsitute grape jelly for the preserves.

Read the title, do that and grill. You will be very happy.
Also used this over Christmas on top of some Brie. Baked it for a few, what a flavorful spread.

My sister brought this home and we used it on pork chops. Yummmm. We then put some in our homemade turkey soup. Unbelieveable. I love this stuff. Next... chicken salad dressing.

Wow is all I can say about this product. Very delicious and addicting. I went through a whole jar in two days, very good on top of a bagel or cracker with cream cheese. Highly recommend!!!!
