Thank you HBD. You had to deal with the aftermath of Sandy but inspite of that disaster you delivered my order as promissed. I love both sauces. Each is a very potent but sensory teasing blend that can be hard to stop adding to a meal. Some of my family members stop at just the smell of their hotness, other's like myself must try tasting them on various foods. I still haven't found a favorite meal to add them to, guess I'll have to buy some more so I can keep trying.
