I tried this out on some chicken thighs which I prepared as a healthier wing-alternative along with some 1542 Chocolate Habanero sauce. It added both bitter and sweet flavors and a touch of heat -- but not so hot that most people won't eat it either (the hot sauce is for pure heat anyway). This should go well with anything you can put on a grill really.
