Heartbreaking Dawns is a small hot sauce company that is owned by Johnny Mclaughlin and Nicole Ramsperger based out of the heart of The Hudson Valley in upstate New York. We started creating different taste sensations in the spring of 2008. This all began in our kitchen when we would whip up sauces for whatever meal we were preparing. Our friends and family saw the potential in the flavor we created and encouraged us to take it to the next level.

We bottled the sauce and signed up for a local festival. We had no idea what to expect; our friends and family loved our sauce but what would strangers think? The response was more than amazing, this motivated us to push forward and sign up for more festivals, work on the labels and create new flavors. We have enjoyed every step we have taken in this process and we're excited to see all the possiblities available for us to explore.

I think this is what sets us apart from other sauce producers. It isn't about the money, it is about being proud of a product that we created. We have been hands on with bottling, labeling, designing, selling, everything is done by us. So our products are special to us because we have worked hard to get where we are now. Our customers have been very encouraging and supportive, thanks guys!
