Returns Policy

If your items are defective or arrive broken, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order, so we can replace your delicious products right away.

If you wish to return any unopened products, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order so we can issue a Return Authorization and initiate a refund.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button.

Shipping

Shipping is through the United States Postal Service and it is charged at a flat rate depending on the product. We charge a $5 flat rate to ship 1-3 bottles (or $5 per set of 3 bottles). T-shirts are shipped for a flat rate of $5 per shirt.
