If your items are defective or arrive broken, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order, so we can replace your delicious products right away.
If you wish to return any unopened products, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order so we can issue a Return Authorization and initiate a refund.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button.
Shipping is through the United States Postal Service. Depending on your location it will be sent Priority, Flat Rate, Region or Post. Larger Orders may be sent UPS. We try to figure out which will be the best rate for the item. Currently our shipping calculations are based on the order total, product siz and location.
