We've been working hard on our Signature Pit Beef Sandwich debuting exclusively at the 2013 season of Broolyn's Smorgasburg. Naturally a big part of that is helping you recreate our specialty at home. Chef Johnny's Signature Pit Seasoning is NOW available.
Ingredients: Salt, Paprika, Garlic, Marjoram, Oregano, Black Pepper, Cumin, Chile Powder, Coriander.
We use 3 Tbs for 5 pounds of Fresh Angus Top Round, wrap it in a tight Saran wrap and let it be for 3 days! Let that flavor Shine.
