This handcrafted hot sauce features the infamous Ghost Chile Pepper. This "superhot," also know as the Bhut Jolokia, comes alive amidst a blend of all-natural Pear and Apple. While this sauce brings a significant amount of heat we managed to create a blend that allows the subtle and sweet fruitiness of the Pears and Apples to tingle your tongue before that onset of true Jolokia Burn!
Ingredients: Pear, Applesauce, Cider Vinegar, Bhut jolokia (Ghost Pepper), Water, Onion, Carrot, Lime Juice, Sugar, Sea Salt, Garlic, White Pepper

I have been looking for hotter and hotter sauces but ones that keep flavor with the heat. There are many sauces that have heat but not all have flavor to match. Recenctly found this sauce and even though it is sweeter than what my personal tastes are it still is the best sauce that I've had in awhile. Still a wonderful sauce with excellent heat.

This product is magnificent, and goes well on anything. It's a terrific addition to sandwiches. The heat and flavor profile are extremely well balanced, and the included ingredients compliment the jolokia taste well.

Ghost pepper sauces are generally my favorite. While this isn't the hottest one I've had it is probably by far the best tasting. Love it!

This hot sauce is wonderful.
The balance between heat and taste is perfect. The heat is there, but you can taste all the ingredients. I love the sweetness of this sauce too.
This is the best hot sauce I've tasted yet.

I am not usually one for hot foods, and originally had purchased this sauce for a friend at the farmers market , but was pleasantly surprised when I finally tried this.
While still a very hot sauce it is surprisingly flavorful, and does not kill the flavor of the food it is applied to.
All in all a delicious choice that I will get again
